Accessible online and hitting newsstands on May 21st, it promises an enticing journey through Canada’s culinary excellence.
Marilena, a standout addition from Victoria, BC, along with seven other dining establishments, claim their spot in the top 50, with Aburi Hana making a noteworthy debut at #33.
In total, 19 fresh faces grace the list, with eight of them having opened their doors just last year.
Montreal maintains its reign as Canada’s culinary epicenter, boasting 28 entries on the list, while Toronto follows closely with 24. Ontario slightly edges out Quebec, with a total of 34 restaurants compared to Quebec’s 33.
